Configure License Key
License key should be activated before users can start storing their files in FileAgo.
Steps to activate license
- Login to FileAgo web portal as “admin” user.
- Click on “About FileAgo” on the left sidebar
- Copy-paste the license key you received into the textbox shown in the page to activate the license.
What next?
- You can now create additional users and groups.
- Logout from the
adminaccount and begin using FileAgo as one of the users you have created (use email address to login as a normal user).
FileAgo will sync the license key periodically with the remote license server. For this reason, your server should be able to connect to host
license.fileago.com via port 443 or the license verification will fail and the users will get deactivated.If you plan to run FileAgo in a private network without any access to the Internet, then we can issue offline licenses as well. Contact support at fileago dot com for more information.
