RESPONSIBILITIES

Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2-Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, OneDrive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions.

Onboard new partners/Partner customers and maintain relationships with existing partners.

Understand partner customers' business needs and drive solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Support, Management) to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.

Act as a bridge for communication between the customer's/partner's tech team and our internal teams.

Coordinate with partner sales personnel to maximize sales.

Manage sales funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns for channel partners.

EXPERIENCE

BE, B Tech, or equivalent IT-related degree.

5-6 years of progressive experience in System Integrator Channel Sales roles.

Proven experience in System Integrator Channel Sales.

Strong knowledge of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak Prevention, Data Encryption, 2-Factor Authentication), File Management, and Cloud SAAS solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
